There are all kinds of things that you can do to get wholesome. An expensive gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Make smart choices every day is a great start. A good amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. Don't ignore that health isn't only about just how much you weigh. You want your body to be strong too.

The ingredients needed to make Fifteens:

  1. Use 15 of digestive biscuits.
  2. Take 15 of marshmallows (or many more smaller ones).
  3. Prepare 15 of glazed cherries cut in 2 (I replaced them with 150g milk chocolate).
  4. Get 200 ml of can condensed milk.
  5. Get 50-100 g of Desiccated coconut.

Instructions to make Fifteens:

  1. Crush or blitz the digestives and put in big bowl. Add condensed milk then marshmallows and either cherries or chocolate. Mix well to ensure all ingredients well mixed with the milk in particular..
  2. Lay out cling film and spread coconut all along the base. Lift mix from bowl and arrange in a sausage-like shape. Pat your mixture into shape and coat sides and top with more coconut. Wrap cling film around tightly and tie at both ends. Allow to chill in fridge for few hours. Then unwrap and cut into (roughly) fifteen treats..
